Any teacher or employee of the Department of Education, or other qualified public/private employees within General Santos City, may apply for membership. Applicants must complete the membership form and meet the minimum share capital requirement.

A member must have complied the following requirements:
1. Approved application for membership; The application for membership shall be in writing on a form provided for hte purpose and shall be presented to the Board of Directors for action.
2. Certificate of completion of the prescribed Pre-membership Orientation.
3. Subscribed and paid the required minimum share capital of P1,000.00 and membership fee of P100.00.

A member shall have the following rights and privileges:
1.Attend general membership meetings;
2.Avail himself of the services of the Cooperative, subject to certain conditions as may be prescribed by the Board of Directors;
3.Inspect and examine the books of accounts, the minutes books, the share register, and other records of the Cooperative during reasonable office hours;
4.Secure copies of cooperative records/documents pertaining to the account information of the concerned member.( A member shall have to write a letter informing the cooperative his/her intent._
5.Participate in the continuing education and other training programs of the cooperative; and
6. Such other rights and privileges as may be granted by the general assembly.

A member shall be liable for the debts of the Cooperative only to the extend of his/her subscribed share capital.

An applicant for membership shall subscribe at least TEN(10) shares and pay the value of at least FIVE(5) shares upon approval of his/her membership.
However, no member shall own or hold more than ten percent(10%) of the total share capital of the Cooperative.

An applicant whose application was denied by the Board of Directors may appeal to the Appeal and Grievance Commitee or the General Assembly by notifying the Secretary of the Cooperative within thirty(30) days upon receipt of the decision.

As a new member, you can instantly apply for a loan of up to ₱150,000 with a maximum term of 3 years. Please note that approval is subject to your Net Take Home Pay (NTHP) being sufficient to cover the monthly amortization.

The 5-year term loan is available to existing borrowers. To qualify, you must have previously availed of another type of loan and fully paid it off. Once that loan is cleared, you become eligible to apply for the 5-year term.

No. Members cannot simultaneously hold two long-term loans. Our policy allows a member to have a maximum of one (1) long-term loan and one (1) short-term loan active at the same time. You must fully settle your current long-term loan before applying for a new one.

To avail of a Benefit Loan, you need to submit a completed application form. The guidelines are as follows:
Maximum Loan Amount: Up to 80% of your total accumulated benefits.
Repayment/Collection: Your ATM card will be securely deposited with us. This is used for collection purposes to deduct the loan payment as soon as your bonuses are credited to your account.

Member savings and share capital earn annual dividends based on the cooperative's net surplus, as approved by the General Assembly during the Annual General Meeting.
