Become a Member

Here's everything you need to join the GSCTEMPC family. Complete these 6 simple steps and our staff will take it from there.

Start here: Membership begins with a short pre-orientation from our General Manager, Ma'am Hyde C. Francisco. Once you've completed it, gather the requirements below and submit them to our office to finish your application.

Attend the Pre-Orientation Step 1 of 6

A short briefing with our General Manager, Ma'am Hyde C. Francisco.

Every applicant starts with a pre-membership orientation conducted by our General Manager, Ma'am Hyde C. Francisco. This session walks you through your rights, responsibilities, share capital, and the benefits you'll enjoy as a GSCTEMPC member. Once you've completed orientation, you may proceed to the next steps below.

Accomplish the Membership Form Step 2 of 6

Fill up the official application form provided by the cooperative.

After your orientation, our staff will hand you the official GSCTEMPC membership application form. Fill it out completely and accurately — this is the primary document used to process your application.

ID Picture Step 3 of 6

1x1 or 2x2 recent ID photo.

Prepare one (1) recent 1x1 or 2x2 ID picture, white or plain background preferred. This will be attached to your membership file and ID.

Appointment / Assignment Order Step 4 of 6

Photocopy proving your current post.

Submit a clear photocopy of your Appointment Order or Assignment Order. This confirms your employment and current designation with your school or office.

DepEd ID or PRC ID Step 5 of 6

A valid, government-recognized ID.

Provide a photocopy of a valid DepEd Employee ID or PRC (Professional Regulation Commission) ID. Either one is accepted as proof of identity and profession.

Photocopy of Payslip Step 6 of 6

Your most recent payslip.

Submit a photocopy of your latest payslip. This helps us verify your employment status and is used as part of your membership and future loan records.

Accomplish the Membership Form

Fill up the official application form provided by the cooperative.
